Family Act of 2011
Infertility affects more than 10% of America’s population with 1 in 8 Americans suffering from the disease of infertility. Not everyone understands that infertility is a disease with potentially devastating emotional, financial and physical repurcussions.
In May of 2011, the Family Act of 2011 was introduced into Congress. Tha Act creates a tax credit for out of pocket expenses associated with infertility treatment.
April 25th is Advocacy Day and Resolve, the National Infertility Association is sponsoring this event in Washington, D.C. in an effort to garner Congressional support and sponsorship of the bill. For more information about how you can get involved, visit www.resolve.org.
