For Surrogates

Surrogate Pay in Florida:
A Transparent Breakdown

Base Compensation

Florida surrogates working with Advocates for Surrogacy typically earn $60,000–$80,000 or more in base compensation, paid monthly following confirmation of pregnancy. For a full breakdown of every category, visit our Surrogate Compensation page. What's important to understand is that our compensation page is a guide — not a ceiling. Surrogates set their compensation to meet their own needs. If you need to adjust, you can. Your pregnancy, your surrogacy journey, your compensation.

Additional Allowances

Beyond base pay, surrogates receive pre-pregnancy milestone bonuses of a minimum of $4,500 as they progress through the process, plus additional compensation for embryo transfer fees, maternity clothing, multiples, invasive procedures, lost wages, and more. Full details are on our Surrogate Compensation page.

Legal Protections

Once you enter into an agreement with your intended parents, all monies known to be due you through the process are held with a third party escrow company — not Advocates for Surrogacy. You are never out of pocket for pregnancy-related expenses, and everything is written into your contract before any medical step begins.
