1. Agency Fees
Agency fees range from $2,500 for pre-match consultation to $26,500 for full white glove service and are charged as the surrogacy process proceeds.

2. Surrogate Compensation

3. Legal Fees

Covers drafting and negotiating the Gestational Carrier Agreement, parentage establishment, pre-birth order preparation, and post-birth filings.
4. IVF & Medical Costs

7. Contingency & Variable Costs
Additional transfer attempts, travel changes, extended bed rest, unexpected medical events, and postpartum recovery considerations. We help families prepare for realistic scenarios — not just best-case ones.
